"Very responsive and completed work in under an hour. HOWEVER, the problem was the price - $410. For an hour's work, with supplies at about $50. That is $360/hour labor. I checked internet sources, average cost should not be over $200. When I complained, it appears that they have a minimum 4 hour charge. Here is the exact quote from an email from the company "We use straight forward pricing for all work performed which we have levels for work to be performed if it takes 15 mins or 4 hours price doesn't change we don't have hourly price." I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."

Arrived when he said he would, provided advice in the event of a similar issue with any other toilets, and let me know the condition of the toilet since it is old and probably installed when the house was built (1977). "WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.

The overall work was good but could not give 5 stars due to minor details (slight exposed hole in ceiling, flex duct used instead of solid construction, a leftover loose tile). Important to consider Anthony's price came in lower than others so the install was a bargain. Would recommend if you don't mind little details and want a job done quickly and affordably."
