We have always enjoyed helping customers solve their sun and weather protection problems with attractive awning solutions using the best quality materials with skilled installation and follow up services. As members of the Professional Awning Manufacturer's Association (since 1986) we strive to meet a code of ethics keeping the customer's needs first, with high quality products and excellent service. Our in-house installation staff have solved the most challenging mounting problems and are paid hourly, not by the job. We take the time to do it right the first time. Why screened porches you might ask? Because it is an area where you can enjoy the beautiful view of your backyard. It's an opportunity to enjoy the nature and the beautiful weather in Virginia. The background story of the company: Isaac Camacho who is the founder of the company, who has been working on the field for over 25+ years. We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.
"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"
