I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. He cleaned up and even vacuumed every day, so there was no mess or dust. He started the project, saying it would take two weeks, and finished in exactly that amount of time. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I was looking for someone to look at my furnace and give me an estimate. Josh Floyd and Floyd's 4 all Seasons was the first name on the list I called him with some general questions and within minutes he was at my door. He told me the problem was the thermostat and went to the truck and brought in another he claimed was new. He then told us the amount we owed him was 159 for showing up and 150 for thermostat. After 3 days thermostat quit working. I never got a receipt or estimate to my email. When I finally reached Mr. Floyd (not answer phone) he said he would send another which was not received . I told him I was not happy with his work and wanted a refund. He wanted to argue the fact that I never saw him take new thermostat from a box or packaging. I want my 300 back."
