James and Jodiah were the most gracious young men I have ever met. They explained everything they were doing and that was so very helpful to me. If you need any electrical work done I Highly reccomend this team.

James at Coates Electric was incredible. We hired him for two jobs and both were done on time and at the quoted price. James did beautiful work changing all the outlets in our new home, re configuring the electric panel, wiring the kitchen and the living room, and installing a GFI in the bathroom. I want to stress how trustworthy James is. We are not living in the home yet and had to leave a key for him to enter the house. The first job, he went into the home, completed the work, and waited for us to bring him the check. For the second job, there were scheduling issues on our end. We left the completed check in the home. James unlocked the home and didn't leave with the check until the work was done. I would absolutely recommend Coates Electric! It's been a fantastic experience.

I looked at Coates Electrical because of their positive reviews. James came out and looked at what needed to be done. He was pleasant and professional. He gave what I felt was a fair price. He also sent a contact spelling out the work to be done. I accepted the contact. James and his crew arrived on time. They all were very professional and polite. Work was preformed in a timely manner. They were extremely neat and respectful of our home, providing tarps on floors and cleaning up as they worked. We are very pleased with the work they preformed. James explained to us what had been done. He asked if we were satisfied. Like I said earlier we are very pleased. We are actually going to have more work done soon. James was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. He had wonderful manners and was super thorough. He ensured the EV charger worked and made the work area spotless before leaving. This is the second time we’ve used him for electrical work, and we will use him any time we need something done. Mr. Coates was punctual, professional and experienced. He was respectful of my property in that he placed shoe covers over his shoes before entering the house. Work was done well and in a timely manner. He will be returning to do additional electrical work as part of my kitchen renovation. Highly recommend!

IT WENT GREAT!

Coates electric was professional in every aspect of our project. His estimate was fair and within our budget. He changed his schedule to accommodate us for a Saturday meeting prior to the project and started the project that Tuesday. He is punctual, polite and courteous and completed our project within the scheduled time frame. We will use Coates electric for any of our future electrical needs.
