Pretty good, wait was about 3 hours. Not too shabby.

No problems. Made appointment, showed up, came back at appointed time and picked car up. No addtional work was needed. They did not try to upsell me, which was appreciated!

Well is how it went, what else can I say.

They were able to diagnose a transmission issue that the local Hyundai dealership and another local mechanic could not figure out. They are quick and fair with their prices. My go to shop for repairs and inspections.

My mother loves them and she said they were very professional and caring and when it comes to my mothers car its good to know that she was not taken advantage of and they were completely honest and that's a comfort to know so if you want great service this the place

Have used Aid Tire many times and I keep going back. They are the best.

I took my car and left it there for them to see what the problem was. They were very fast in checking it out and performed the correct maintenance and it was finished within 3 days, and that was only because they had to wait for the module.

Everything went well. The only problem was that when they put the tires back on, the way they put one of hubcaps on had it nearly falling off after I drove away. I went back and they put all the hubcaps back on the tires the way I wanted them to at no charge.

I am very happy with them. They are very good. I used them a couple weeks ago and a year ago before that so I have used them a couple times. My experience with them is excellent and their pricing is also excellent. They did respond. I would use them again.

Really pleased with AID Tire! My 16-year-old had backed over our rock wall (don't ask!) and was having her first "learning opportunity" about car repair. I knew we couldn't drive the car, but was unsure as to whether I needed to tow to a repair shop or body shop. After calling several places, I decided on AID Tire and Auto Repair. The lady was very understanding and said if it needed body work, there was one down the street and she would just charge $25 for the assessment (it would have to be raised, etc.). Turned out to need tire, rear strut and four wheel alignment and they even found a $100 used RR strut for us. Quickly done, too. They were both understanding and instructive when my daughter and I picked it up. They did a line-by-line review of charges with her, explaining what it meant, why it had to be done, and how labor charges are figured. They even laughed with us when I had to pry my daughter's debit card out of her hand to pay the bill! I was extremely pleased and will return to them when I have another need. I know they do more than tire work, but I'm not sure of exactly what else they do. But I will definitely call them for my next car problem!
