Pretty good, wait was about 3 hours. Not too shabby.

No problems. Made appointment, showed up, came back at appointed time and picked car up. No addtional work was needed. They did not try to upsell me, which was appreciated!

Well is how it went, what else can I say.

They were able to diagnose a transmission issue that the local Hyundai dealership and another local mechanic could not figure out. They are quick and fair with their prices. My go to shop for repairs and inspections.

My mother loves them and she said they were very professional and caring and when it comes to my mothers car its good to know that she was not taken advantage of and they were completely honest and that's a comfort to know so if you want great service this the place

Have used Aid Tire many times and I keep going back. They are the best.

I took my car and left it there for them to see what the problem was. They were very fast in checking it out and performed the correct maintenance and it was finished within 3 days, and that was only because they had to wait for the module.

Everything went well. The only problem was that when they put the tires back on, the way they put one of hubcaps on had it nearly falling off after I drove away. I went back and they put all the hubcaps back on the tires the way I wanted them to at no charge.

I am very happy with them. They are very good. I used them a couple weeks ago and a year ago before that so I have used them a couple times. My experience with them is excellent and their pricing is also excellent. They did respond. I would use them again.

Really pleased with AID Tire! My 16-year-old had backed over our rock wall (don't ask!) and was having her first "learning opportunity" about car repair. I knew we couldn't drive the car, but was unsure as to whether I needed to tow to a repair shop or body shop. After calling several places, I decided on AID Tire and Auto Repair. The lady was very understanding and said if it needed body work, there was one down the street and she would just charge $25 for the assessment (it would have to be raised, etc.). Turned out to need tire, rear strut and four wheel alignment and they even found a $100 used RR strut for us. Quickly done, too. They were both understanding and instructive when my daughter and I picked it up. They did a line-by-line review of charges with her, explaining what it meant, why it had to be done, and how labor charges are figured. They even laughed with us when I had to pry my daughter's debit card out of her hand to pay the bill! I was extremely pleased and will return to them when I have another need. I know they do more than tire work, but I'm not sure of exactly what else they do. But I will definitely call them for my next car problem!

I have been very pleased with their services. They are good. They are competitively priced. They offer good advice. They know their products and they are easy to deal with. They were very knowledgeable about their products.

I went in to get an inspection, they took me right away. Then I was notified that my emergency brake needed adjusting and it would take about 30 min. longer and the new estimate would be $50. I gave them permission to do the work, and just a short time later (maybe 15 min) they told me I was all set and it didn't take as long as they had estimated, so I owed $36.41 total. I love these guys (and lady)!! They easily could have "made" the job take the whole 30 min. and charged me the $50 as they'd stated, but these guys are smart....they know that customers will remember their honesty and integrity....and we do. I've been using Aid Tire for years and it was no surprise to me that they had the top rating at Angie's List!! Great job everyone! They were closing when my wife drove in at 5pm (closing time) to get her explorer inspected and noted the brakes needed to be done. Came in the folowing week for brakes and I was in and out in no time.

I came in and they got right on it and I waited, everything went well. I would not take my cars any where else.

I called Aid to check on pricing for a set of tires I was looking for. I was quoted a price that was less than other local shops I had called, so I set an appointment for the next day. I let him know that they were lower than what I had gotten from their competition. He called back a little while later to let me know that the price he quoted to me originally was wrong. It was actually lower. He already had the business and could have kept that information to himself, but he did right by his customer and looked out for me. That kind of service and integrity is hard to find in "big box" service places. Thanks, guys!

She was quite pleased with them. There was a nail on her tire. She called them after they had closed. So they stayed late waiting for her to get there in order to get her tire fixed. They waited for her instead of going home. I think that the price was good. We never had any trouble with the tire they fixed.

They were good and had the best prices in town.

Jeff always takes care of my automobiles in a professional manner. He has presented himself to be honest and accurate with his diagnostics and repairs. He is never pushy in trying to sell you something you don't need. I take all my cars to Jeff the first sign of trouble because I know I will be treated right.
