We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

I called for an appointment to estimate cost of repair of a Kitchenaid side by side which had gradually stopped getting cold so that I can determine if a new refrigerator had to be purchased. Jeff stated he had other jobs to do but was able to come by and take a look the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a call to get the parts needed, picked them up and installed them. The refrigerator started operating like new. His service and consideration saved me from the expensive task of purchasing a new appliance. I feel blessed in knowing him for future repairs."

"Immediate service within just over an hour of us calling (and on a Sunday too!). All of our drains were backing up with sewage suddenly and we couldn’t even use the toilets. The A Team (Sam & Bo) were not only helpful and efficient, but they were super friendly and got the clog out of our main septic line and installed a new, more accessible clean out in case this ever happens again. I highly recommend them!"

I asked if I should proactively replace capacitor on other unit and he said no, there is no way to predict when they will go out. "I was looking for someone to look at my furnace and give me an estimate. Josh Floyd and Floyd's 4 all Seasons was the first name on the list I called him with some general questions and within minutes he was at my door. He told me the problem was the thermostat and went to the truck and brought in another he claimed was new. He then told us the amount we owed him was 159 for showing up and 150 for thermostat. After 3 days thermostat quit working. I never got a receipt or estimate to my email. When I finally reached Mr. Floyd (not answer phone) he said he would send another which was not received . I told him I was not happy with his work and wanted a refund. He wanted to argue the fact that I never saw him take new thermostat from a box or packaging. I want my 300 back."
