"This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and 18 months later they just completed the work in mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. They’re a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, Pella were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently it’s not the first time they’ve heard complaints like this."

I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. Despite this, the juniper was completely removed, the area was completely rehabilitated with top soil and mulch, and grass was planted where fitting. The finished project was absolutely amazing! Neighbors have been very complimentary. I was also very impressed by this landscaper’s professionalism -I highly recommend him - he made a difficult job seem easy."

"At first glance, the house looked great after it was cleaned. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was done correctly?. A lot of things were missed. No cabinets were wiped out or vacuumed. Exterior of fridge wasn?t touched at all, still had years worth of dust on the top. The inside of both the microwave and oven weren?t even touched. Those are just the major items? no need to list out everything here. The one thing that showed a night and day difference was the carpet but still that didn?t look amazing. I paid for a deep clean move out service and instead got a surface level clean you?d expect from a normal cleaning. Not satisfied at all as I?ll have to have someone else come fix what they didn?t do before a tenant can move in. Reached out to Carlos to discuss the issues but no response from him after payment was sent. Not sure how that is helpful with retaining customers but whatever. I?d give zero stars if I could."
