Tomas and his crew did a full double replacement of two zone HVAC system. Everything was well explained before and during the entire installation. They showed up right on time, were courteous and pleasant to speak with and finished the entire replacement and professional startup in just 1 day.
I highly recommend contracting Vortex air for your hvac needs. You will get efficient professional service at a price that beats the large contractors in the central Virginia area.

Thomas and Jesse are awesome dudes. They are not afraid to do hard work and their finished product is top notch. They did some difficult work for me in my crawlspace that included repairing rusted ducting, running new line sets and moving my heat pump to a different side of the house. Their work ethic is top tier and they are very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about these guys and they will be my go-to for HVAC work from now on.

Tomas and his crew are quick to respond and very professional! They are polite and considerate, they made sure not to track dirt and mud through my house. They explained the problem and process for repairs. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure everything was working properly. Tom even texted later that night and 48 hrs later to make sure everything was okay! Will be calling on them again if needed and definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!!
