"Great service.  Called this morning and they happened to have time to come at 9am.  Technicians Chris and Clay were very courteous, professioinal and took care of the problem.  As homeowners we tried to snake the toilet and to no avail, so it was great to have the problem fixed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.  Also, I brought up upgrading my toilet since it was a cheap builder grade and both techs were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the better type of toilets out there.  Would recommend Plumbing Innovators to anyone.
