Water Removal Recovery Service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Kevin and John started out great to work with and were super responsive. When I originally inquired about needing a service and called in, I was told word for word "dry wall repair will be included in the quote we give you. Lightspeed quoted us $300 more than any other company in the area, but those companies quotes did not include dry wall, so we went with Lightspeed. While watching them do work on the ring camera in my room, i could see they did not even open up the largest wall section that had mold literally showing through the walls and claimed they did not know that needed repair" and then charged me over an additional $350 then what we agreed on. They came and did the work, then packed up and left. I then texted Kevin and John who responded that dry wall repair is not included and would be an additional charge, and that they'd have to get me on the schedule with someone else. Kevin was extremely helpful and honest. I had a mail-in mold service tell me I had crazy amounts of toxic mold and Kevin came and inspected and put my mind at ease. He did a thorough inspection and said he had no reason to be worried. Highly recommend!

I called AdvantaClean of Richmond West in December 2020 to look at the issues in my crawl space that were brought up in the home inspection when I bought the house. Kevin came promptly and reviewed the whole area. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he took pictures and showed me each situation that needed repairs/clean-up and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. His crew came within a few days and they provided more pictures after the job was done. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend AdvantaClean of Richmond West!

Advantaclean was amazing. I used Advantaclean in mid November 2020; Kevin and his staff did an outstanding job on removing the mold in the crawlspace of my home. I was very impressed with his superior customer service, promptness and attention to detail. He did not try to oversell me on products or services I needed and help me to understand the details of the mold removal services that was being provided. Kevin was extremely thorough and made an otherwise stressful situation, easy and comfortable. Don't waste your time with the other super expensive companies who don't take the time to make sure their customers understand what they are paying for. Water Removal Recovery Service
We have been in our home 3-1/2 years, and this is the second water leak that caused damage. AdvantaClean was recommended by our insurance company last year when we had a dishwasher leak. Recently, we discovered a toilet leak that was passing water and sewage into our crawl space. Based on the work done last year, I called AdvantaClean again, and again they were responsive and very helpful. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient. The clean up was accomplished in minimal time. The bottom line for me with AdvantaClean is that I trust them.

Please don't use this company, they did not complete 50% of the work they said they would do on the phone. Additionally the women who answered the phone said their would be two service techs only one showed up and he was unable to complete the job or perform 1/2 of the work they said they would perform. Of course they still wanted all of their money. They were also the most expensive company to quote me the work, all around a very poor experience

"I am very sorry to see that you had a poor experience. As the owner of the company, this is difficult and painful to read. Although we did not explain this to you, two people are not required to complete a dryer vent cleaning; sometimes we have one person go, and sometimes we have two. This was an appointment scheduled for Sunday morning. As my two teammates were in church (I only have two employees), I elected to do the work myself. My task was to clean your dryer duct system. I initially observed the layout of your dryer ducting system; you had a very short transition duct (about 6 inches long) from the dryer to the laundry room wall. The ducting made a 90-degree turn and went about 12-15 feet to the exterior. It was not necessary to detach the dryer as it could be cleaned from the exterior with a "reverse air whip." I took photos and videos before and after the cleaning. I showed you them afterwards. The dryer ducting was cleaned, and the air flow from the dryer was stronger. You appeared pleased. You paid me for the work and gave me a $20 tip. I am confused as to why you write this one-star review. I called you today to offer you a full refund, and you refused that. I am not sure what else we can do. But all the same, I am sorry that you experienced poor service."
