Smooth operation, start to finish.

Harold is AWESOME! He contacted me within minutes of leaving a message for him and came all the way across town (over an hour) to check out our problem within a couple of hours. The downstairs toilet tank had broken and water had run into our crawl space via an air vent in the floor. Our crawl space is encapsulated so we had some standing water on the plastic within the space. I contacted him late in the afternoon and after checking everything out, he said he would return the next morning to ventilate the encapsulation, which would allow the water to drain into the ground. He was here as planned and got the water cleaned up, re-sealed the lining in the space, and re-checked everything before leaving the crawl space. He said everything would dry out very quickly and we should not have any further issues. He even offered to come back by our place the next time he's over this way so he can verify that everything is still in order. I asked him a few questions not related to this project, and he was happy to answer and offer any information/help he could. He even offered suggestions and helped me talk to the plumber about toilet replacement options. The cost of the work was VERY reasonable. I would hire Harold/All Crawl again in a heartbeat!

I was very happy with the service provided by Harold and his crew.  The dark green / black old plastic was replaced with white, which brightened up the entire crawl space and gave it a nice, clean appearance.  Very reasonable price!!

Harold of All Crawl is a great guy. Came out to look at my mom's house. My mom had been told that she needed mold treatment done in her crawl space by the Orkin guy. Apparently Orkin does mold treatment?!? They wanted to charge her $3200 for it anyway.

Harold came out and looked at the crawl space and said that he would not treat it if it were his mother's. Said the dusting of mold was so little as to not be worth doing. I asked him how much it would cost if treated, and he quoted $2150 to remove and replace all insulation, treat the joists for mold, and replace vapor barrier. But he told me - and more importantly, convinced my mom - that this was a waste of money. it confirmed what I thought when I crawled under the house: that there was very little if any mold there.

I called one other contractor for an estimate. He spent about a third of the time Harold did looking at the crawl space, did not crawl under the whole house, did not lift the insulation to see beside/under it like Harold did, and quoted $3800 for the job. Further, Harold put on a full Tyvek suit before going under the house, measured the dimensions of the house, and gave a full estimate before leaving. The other guy eventually emailed an estimate (5 days later), and measured the house (after I insisted) by walking it on 2 sides and counting his steps. Lame. Harold also answered his phone the first time I called, and came that evening on short notice to do the estimate at 8PM after coming from another job.

I even asked him about the bad reviews on other sites, which all seem to be written by one person. The manufacturer recalled the dehumidifier he installed. He eventually ended up refunding all of the customer's money (for the entire job, not just the dehumidifier, which he replaced). Some people get a little carried away. I obviously had a little better experience.

It went very good. They were very professional and thorough.

FABULOUS!!! A contractor that takes pride in his work is only the beggining. The price he charged was fair, the work fantastic and the "keep the customer" satisfied service was amazing. Would I call him again? Yes!!!
