"[Member Name Removed], first and foremost, I am very sorry to hear of your bad experience with BREMAC. We failed to provide excellent quality services on a few fronts and as the business owner, I am personally very sorry. In an effort to be fully transparent and accountable for your experience, here are a few details that I would like to take personal ownership. The first plumber we sent to you is a new employee and unfortunately, it wasn't until your job that we determined he does not have the level of expertise with well pumps that is required for the job. We take full responsibility for this oversight and with no hesitation, we were pleased to refund you for his service [Member Name Removed]. On another note, we should not have left your appointment with a blank ticket. Our plumbers have a flat rate pricing system and they should never leave a customer with a blank ticket to be priced later. These two situations alone have helped me learn areas where our customer service is weak and as a result, I am taking great measures to ensure this never happens again with another customer. From the comments in your post, it sounds like your toilet has an internal mechanical problem. That said, here is some information that may be helpful: When well pump components fail, it's not uncommon for a small piece of debris to catch in the fill valve preventing it from fully closing. Often times this can be fixed by flushing the toilet several times until the piece of debris is flushed out. We prefer to do this in lieu of replacing the internal components since it is easy to do, is almost always effective, and costs nothing. If the debris won't come out, then this typically means the fill valve needs to be replaced. I started this business 27 years ago and from the beginning, my primary mission has been to provide the best customer service possible while also offering the most value to the customer. Not only am I very sorry for this unsatisfactory experience, but I am also sorry for the time you have spent to rightfully address this issue. All that said, I will follow up with you by phone to schedule a complimentary visit to resolve this issue. Once again, my sincere apologies and I appreciate the opportunity to make this right! Thank you for your business!"
I finally called Bremac, who is a factory authorized dealer to see if they could help. Everett Williamson, who is the service manager came out and looked at my problem. He noticed the "factory authorized" replacement, as installed per factory instructions, was not aligned properly causing it to be too exposed to the flame, causing premature failure. Everett made two separate trips, spent several hours until he found the correct placement.
I was very impressed with his willingness to stick with my problem until it was solved. The company as a whole is very nice to deal with, and I will be using them in the future for all of my HVAC needs. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!
The new coolant was soon to be a requirement, but HARDLY ANY of the other AC installers were willing to use the new coolant. They all wanted us to use the old coolant and old air conditioners. I absolutely believe their technicians were not trained in the new coolant.
Bremac has always prided themselves on how well they train their technicians. They were willing to use the old lines and pump out the old coolant and use new coolant. We loved their work.
It is clear that their technicians AND sales people really know their stuff.
The air conditioner has worked perfectly ever since.
Wonderful. They say they have the best technicians with the new coolant. IT'S TRUE!!
They really know what they're doing. They're very professional.
Scheduled the job promptly and got it all done in one day and it's worked perfectly ever since.
"The total cost of your repair was $581.40 after a 10% senior discount. The cost of the motor itself was $303. The balance of the bill was a system diagnostics, blower mounting kit, motor capacitor, and a trip to the supply house to pick up the necessary materials. The motor cost itself was higher than most due to the type of motor installed in your mothers system. Thank you for your business. We are here when you need us."
