The first plumber we sent to you is a new employee and unfortunately, it wasn't until your job that we determined he does not have the level of expertise with well pumps that is required for the job. We take full responsibility for this oversight and with no hesitation, we were pleased to refund you for his service [Member Name Removed]. On another note, we should not have left your appointment with a blank ticket. Our plumbers have a flat rate pricing system and they should never leave a customer with a blank ticket to be priced later. These two situations alone have helped me learn areas where our customer service is weak and as a result, I am taking great measures to ensure this never happens again with another customer. From the comments in your post, it sounds like your toilet has an internal mechanical problem. That said, here is some information that may be helpful: When well pump components fail, it's not uncommon for a small piece of debris to catch in the fill valve preventing it from fully closing. Often times this can be fixed by flushing the toilet several times until the piece of debris is flushed out. We prefer to do this in lieu of replacing the internal components since it is easy to do, is almost always effective, and costs nothing. If the debris won't come out, then this typically means the fill valve needs to be replaced. I started this business 27 years ago and from the beginning, my primary mission has been to provide the best customer service possible while also offering the most value to the customer. Not only am I very sorry for this unsatisfactory experience, but I am also sorry for the time you have spent to rightfully address this issue. The balance of the bill was a system diagnostics, blower mounting kit, motor capacitor, and a trip to the supply house to pick up the necessary materials.
