The first time the clog left two inches of water on the floor. Noah Ball came the same day I called and flushed the drainpipe.

This time it was determined that there were roots in the pipe; he cleared it and we have discussed what my next steps will be. At some point the line will have to be repaired or replaced, but prior to that he will do a TV scope to get to the specifics of the problem.
