"They came out immediately to install new battery-powered sump with storm looming nearby. Came, installed, tested and did not leave until they knew everything was working properly. Very good people. Would call them again for sure."

"I have a very old house and the basement drain has clogged twice in the past two and a half years.
The first time the clog left two inches of water on the floor. Noah Ball came the same day I called and flushed the drainpipe.
He also gave me tips on how to try to keep the drain clear.
Two years later he had to come back for the same reason, although the damage wasn't as bad. This time it was determined that there were roots in the pipe; he cleared it and we have discussed what my next steps will be. At some point the line will have to be repaired or replaced, but prior to that he will do a TV scope to get to the specifics of the problem.
I was very impressed with Noah. He is professional but easy to talk to - and appears to be sincerely interested in doing the best job possible at a reasonable price. I wouldn't think of using another company for rooting. AND, in both cases, he came the same day I called. Now that's good customer service!

"There was a problem with the end of one of the gutters. I took video and sent it to their appraiser. He text me and apologized. By the end of the same day and in the rain two guys were here and fixed it. I canâ t say it was even the fault of the gutter. We had a problem in the same spot with the old gutter. Because of the roof line thereâ s a lot of water going into a short gutter so there was a constant dripping of water. They got the problem solved and were very courteous. Yes, I can recommend them without any reservations."

"Insulating a crawl space is incredibly expensive (especially for a space that hardly anybody ever sees or goes into), but they did a good job and it has helped in keeping the pipes warmer in winter and reducing damp feeling inside the house."

"Very well, Robert went the extra mile to ensure our system was okay."

"WORK WAS DONE IN LESS THAN A DAY. REPLACEMENT IS WATERTIGHT. PLUMBERS (CASH AND TREY) WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND DID A GREAT JOB."

"Nearly three years ago, I asked JES to install a waterproofing system around my basement (in 2016). After they did this, there was no further flooding or leaking of ground water into my basement. In addition, the dehumidifier makes the whole house smell fresh."

"The final products are beautiful and of high quality. There was a bit of lag getting all of the grout cleaned off the porcelain floor, but, in the end, Todd (sales and company rep) came out with cleaner & scrub pads and scrubbed the entire floor on his hands and knees, leaving it pristine. I couldn't be happier with the end products. The only low score I gave is for Punctuality. I was routinely told that workers would be at my house "between 8 and 9 a.m.", whereas they routinely showed up between 11 a.m. and noon. Once here, they were pleasant, professional and worked hard to complete the job."
