"We hired GM Cleaning to do a first-time deep clean of our home after meeting with them and going over areas and items in need of specific work, as well as our expectations for general cleaning. We set a date and time to begin several days later and they arrived on time, attended to each area we specified, and did a great job with the specific work as well as the general cleaning overall. This team is thorough, reasonable, and does great work. They are great people and we highly recommend them."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
