"Master Cleaning LLC cleans has been cleaninf our house every Friday for over a year. They clean everything my wife and I miss throughout the week (ceiling fans, picture frames, etc). We have young children and our children always love interacting with the cleaners. It is always the same team so we are on a friendly first name basis. The cleaners are very efficient, kind, and hard working. Master Cleaning LLC has also been cleaning my parents house every Friday for over a year now. They always do a great job. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
