"Here are some numbers that don't begin to capture just how disappointed I am with F.H. Furr. Two. That's how many months ago F.H. Furr installed our new AC system. Twelve. That's how many days it's been since the AC stopped working. Ten. That's how many days it's been since an F.H. Furr technician inspected the system and said he needed to order some parts to fix it. Six. That's how many times I've called F.H. Furr's office and been assured that someone will call me back to discuss my situation and a timetable for fixing the AC. No one has called me back. Fifteen. That's how many days it is until August 1, which, according to a customer-service rep, is listed in my file as the ETA for those parts. "Avoid at all cost. Don't even get HomeServe home warranty cuz that's what they use. They came and fixed the leak by replacing the toilet ring/rubber. During the process, they caused a leak between the toilet tank and toilet bowl and refused to take responsibility saying they didn't touch the toilet tank. They actually did. I watched them when they used a water suction vaccuum to get dry out the tank. Also they had to unscrew the bolts connecting the tank and the toilet seat. When putting those bolts back they didn't do it right and the leak is where the bolts connecting them. Yet they said they didn't touch it. Wow. We are currently looking at actions (perhaps a small court claim) that we can take against them. Just found I can file a complaint on Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation which is where all the licenses are granted. Perhaps contact City rep too. Im going to wait and see if this gets resolved first."

She even provided a significant discount for payment by cash/check that beat the other companies’ bids. The installers arrived 1 week after Danielle and were courteous and thorough. They put down cloth from the 1st floor entry to the 3rd floor installation site so as to not mess up the house and always wore masks to prevent spread of COVID. They completed the entire installation in 6 hours, explained the system to me and provided all manuals. They even registered my system online with the manufacturer to qualify for the 10 year warranty, and AirPlus sent the registration confirmation to me via email the next day! The system is working well and keeping the top floors cool even with every day’s high in the mid-90s."
