When we did the install of the heat pump, our electric panel had gone out, we didn’t have time to go call Riddle, so Brennan pulled one of their subcontractors. They were very good. They were very much similar to Brennan's. They were very professional and very organized. They coordinated everything with the power company with the inspection. They were very informative. I really like those guys. They were topnotch. It was a great experience. It is good to know that I can trust them and then leverage. I did not get to leverage Angie's List for them because we were in the middle of a situation. I think with the Brennan people, good people do business with good people. It's nice to depend on them.

Lowell serviced our house today and was punctual, very polite and VERY detailed and thorough. The quality of workmanship was high and his attention to detail and mannerism while explaining the issues to me were impressive. We will call on R and M again in the future, as well as provide their details to friends.

The gentlemen came to my home right on time and ready to work. They were courteous and professional. Based on the estimate of work to be done they planned for a few hours. They worked quickly on the straight forward items. There was a third light fixture that was not feasible to install, and then the mystery outlet. They finally located the switch outside the room that powered the outlet, the home inspector must have tested the outlet when the switch was on so we didn't know it was wired improperly before closing. I had to leave before the work was done and the gentlemen left my empty home clean and secured. They even fixed something unrelated to the work at hand without a word, I got other estimates for this work that were 2x and 3x higher. I normally don't just go with the lowest bid, but I have had this exact work done before, and it wasn't so expensive. That electrician retired, or I would have called him. I am very glad I went with Rand M. They were reliable, honest, and professional.

Professional, provided permits from the county. Would definitely use again.
