My experience with Colonial Electric could not have been better.  Tina Donnelly went above and beyond to schedule both the site visit and the actual job.  The job needed to be coordinated with the delivery and installation of the microwave, and the timing was perfect.  I really felt like Tina wanted to accommodate my particular situation, and she did.  Carl and Matt performed the work, and they were punctual, fast, effective, and professional.  They even helped me with a minor repair to a ceiling fan.  It took them ten minutes but helped me out tremendously.  Finally, the price for everything was very reasonable.

Our furnace had shorted out due to our "disconnect" arcing over the fuses. It was an original piece to a 30 year old furnace. They came right in and deduced that that was the problem and quickly replaced and repaired the furnace and got our hot air back on. We were so thankful and appreciated their punctuality and professionalism. We fully recommend this electrician as their prices were more than fair and they came very highly recommended from our online research. I have a couple of other trouble areas that I will be calling them about. Thanks again for your great service!!!

Identified failed transformer, ordered replacement and notified promptly when replacement arrived. Transformer installed by homeowner, problem solved.

they wer great. Everything was just as expected. They came and did an estimate which was right on the money. The crew was very punctual, professional and competent. After the work was done there was one small thing the inspector wanted to have adjusted and Colonial was there the next day to fix it and made sure the inspector was notified. Everything went off without a hitch. If we ever need any electrical work done, we will call Colonial.

As a property manager, I need to know who to call when a problem arises with a rental. We have been using Colonial Electric for many years for all our electrical work. They have always given us a fair price and done excellent work. This particular job required a whole new electrical panel box to be installed when the other one shorted out. They gave me a price, and a day and time they would come to complete the work. They came to the job on time, did the work required in their usual efficient, professional manner, and charged me what was on the estimate. They have done several jobs for me, both in my home and for rental properties. I have always been able to trust them to do the work at a fair price, and when they do a job, they do it right. Their employees are courteous and neat. I don't bother to get several estimates anymore - I just call Colonial Electric.

The electrician was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain how the motion detector would operate. He went to the local hardware store to pick up items that he did not have.

It was excellent! They were willing to keep up the project until it was solved- it was not an easy project. It was reasonably priced.

It turned out fine. They were fast and did it on time!

They were professional and it was good value for money. They did a good job and were punctual. They rendered excellent customer services and answered all my questions. They offered to do extra work without, charging me and their prices were reasonable. I will use their services in the future, too.
