Did a great job was really happy with him.

We had Belal from Mr. Electric, add a whole house generator, recessed light in our basement, switches and outlets. We recommend his services because of the professionalism, punctuality, and warranty. What I like the most is that he recommends items or ideas that would result in a better outcome without it necessary being an up sell.

The experience was not overly good. The electrician was initially not able to install a programmable thermostat, and it was only installed 6 hours and 2 HVAC repairmen later. At one point during the first hour, it did not seem like things were coming together and I asked the electrician if he needed to just put the old thermostat back in place. He suggested it would just take some more time. Shortly later, there was a loud pop. Somehow, a component in our air conditioner was blown out as the thermostat wires were being attached. The electrician left to go to get a replacement part for the A/C. While he was gone I called Mr. Electric, mainly to complain about how the installation had gone. They said that the owner would call me, which never happened. However, Mr. Electric did hire out an HVAC technician to repair it the same day. There was another problem and they had to call a second HVAC technician, who repaired the A/C and installed the thermostat in about 15 or 20 minutes. Mr. Electric did not charge me for anything, which I appreciated. The electrician said that Mr. Electric would give me a couple hundred dollars of free work in the future. That was nice, however it was just a verbal promise (at the time of writing this review) and I am not likely to hire them again anyway.
The reason I called an electrician was to avoid messing up a self-installation of a new thermostat. So I was very disappointed and angry about the outcome. If he had just told me that it was difficult to install that particular type of thermostat, or that he wasn't able to do it, I would have been perfectly fine. Actually, I would have gladly paid him for coming to evaluate it. The electrician was very polite and I felt bad for him. While I understand that things can go wrong, I felt like this situation should not have occurred in the first place. I also wish Mr. Electric would have sent along a second person to oversee the installation. However, I do appreciate that Mr. Electric took steps to resolve the situation on the same night once things went wrong. I do appreciate that the electrician stayed until the entire situation was resolved safely, and remained professional.

He arrived on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently and left the work site clean upon departure. He was friendly and professional, and I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Our old electrical panel was rusty, old and kept tripping, so i knew it need to be changed soon. I obtain three quote from different local contractors including Mr electric. Mr electric gave me a reasonable price and quality of the work surpassed my expectations.
This is actually the second time he has done work for us, and both times, balal (the technician) has been courteous, respectful and professional. He wears disposable boot covers which ensure no mess in my carpet, and picks up all the debris.
I am very satisfy and would highly recommend him and will use again.

The MCS electrician (Belal Aljaradat) visited my home to provide an estimate along with some good advice. He was very informed and able to explain current building code regulations and best practices. MCS was also priced reasonably (or similarly) with the other 3 estimates.

Belal worked from 9:00am to approximately 6:00pm to finish all the work (in one day) and did a great job cleaning up. My husband and I are very happy with the work! We would highly recommend Belal and MCS to anyone!
