"Overall, the deck is nice. There is one area that isn?t right. Where the downspout goes through the deck looks like a kid did it. Apparently the hole was cut wrong & the contractor?s solution was to insert a block of scrap wood to fill in the gap. Additionally or because of this, the downspout is not parallel to the side of the house. It is unsightly & I hope to contact him after the holiday to see if he will be amenable to fixing it. The only other thing that really bugged me was the trash & cig butts everywhere. I fixed that by using a trash bag & some initiative. Not certain how my neighbors are going to feel about the bag of concrete the contractor?s folks dumped out along side the road when the contractor folks left yesterday "
