They did an ok job BUT there were a few areas less than the recommended inches they said they would do. There were Few good size areas that I could scrape the asphalt away with my shoe and see absolute dirt. The driveway already has grass growing in a few places and the driveway is rough. When you look at other driveways in the neighborhood they’re nice and smooth. I contacted the company several times and they said they would be back…. lol .. yeah right! It’s been just about a year and nothing. Last time I spoke with them in late spring of this year they said their equipment was broken down and didn’t know when they would be back up and running… well here it is, 4 months later after i was told that and no word at all..

Very well. Shon was very customer focused. Shon was prompt in responding and arrived at the time he said he would and listened to our needs and explained clearly all the details of the process. His emphasis was on quality and described details of the type of asphalt and how he would make sure the water drained away from the house. In addition, we wanted a drain pipe from the gutter drain spout to be buried under the the driveway and the area under the mail box resurfaced so it would prevent falls when we picked up our mail. He gave us a schedule that would meet both our needs with the provision that it may have to be adjusted for weather delays. He communicated with us frequently about the schedule and responded to our questions right away. We had to adjust the schedule because of weather and our personal needs. He came when he said he would for the installation and finished on time. On the day of install, he went through our needs one more time before he started. Shon's estimate was the lowest of the three quality bids we received. He also talked about his warranty and what we need to do to keep it up. We were very pleased with the result. It was the best customer experience we have had and would recommend his service very highly.

I looks terrible. Had I known that they will be counting on our builder to finish the job, then I would not have paid them to do the extension but instead just went directly with the builder. Look at the attached picture of what I ended up with Would definitely recommend for people in the neighborhood to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
