"We had two great guys from West Shore, Weston and Dylan, come to install a new front door in April 2025. First of all, they were great to work with—pleasant, professional, friendly—just great to work with. They made sure my husband and I both knew what to expect as they worked on the door and encouraged us to ask questions as need be. They also worked well together and did amazing work on our project. It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. They were great as neighbors came by to see the new door too! Everyone really liked it! Good PR for the company. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. "In my 82 years I have not seen such great response and professional service from a service company. We had a water leak from the water main coming into our home leaking into the basement and after 2 companies bid Grade Solutions was $900 less and Garland did the repair at 9PM-12 that night so we could have water. I don't know of any other company with that kind of service. This morning Garland came back to complete the job and broght in clean fill dirt to compact so the water line won't shift and break. I am very impressed with everything they do."

"I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us."
