We wanted the project completed before this professional would be returning, so we went with a different contractor, not found through HomeAdvisor, but someone we were referred to. I still appreciated Mr. Speters getting back to me and being willing to at least look at the project when he returned to Utah."

They removed or transplanted the existing vegetation; dug, leveled, and compacted the foundation; precisely placed every paver, filled the boxes with fresh topsoil, and installed drip irrigation. They also put down fabric and gravel in the walkways and around our shed to complete the look and keep weeds down. I couldn't be happier! "The work was as expected. They had to work a different job in the morning unexpectantly and we received a phone call that they were late. They forgot to cover he downstairs fireplace and let a lot of debris down the chimney. It was vacuumed but there was still some remnants and a lot of dust. Some of the paint on the hearth was left chipped. I have called and am waiting for a call about the chips.

"Scott replaced the water heater, and also cleared our basement floor drain that another very popular plumbing company (that supposedly specializes in drain clearing) could not clear. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. Would definitely call this company again."

"Needed a fireplace redone and I dealt with 4 previous masons (they had either ghosted me after saying they'd do it, or quoted way too high for the job). After dealing with that for months I found Brad at All Masonry. We spoke briefly on the phone and he stopped by the following day to see the job and drop off the brick, and within a week of our first correspondence it was all done and cleaned up. I'm also really particular and had some things I wanted to change and Brad was able to accommodate all of that. Stayed right on the estimated price too, no surprises. Wish I had found him sooner, don't waste your time with anyone else like I did, just call these guys first."
