They did come and clean and got my fireplaces working again. However, my bedroom fireplace had problems again a week or two after. I called (it takes about 3 or 4 times calling before you actually get to talk to someone) and they said that they would call back and schedule an appointment to come out and troubleshoot. They didn't call, so about 5 days later I called again several times but could never get a live person. I finally left a message with my phone number but as yet haven't gotten a call. It has been over a week since I last called. I need to have them fix it right but after this won't use them again.

We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of work done by the masons that installed our stone wall.  Mike was the head mason and he was very professional, easy to communicate with, and an expert mason.  Their work definitely exceeded our expectations.  We love the final product!  We also were very happy with the price.  The only complaint we had was that Hearth and Home has different branches that we worked with--salespeople in the show room, guy in charge of  scheduling, salespeople at the stoneyard, masons, etc, and at times it was difficult to coordinate everything between all these different branches.  For instance, the guy in charge of scheduling was out of town, and there was no one else who could answer questions about scheduling when it came time to order the stone we picked out at the stoneyard.  It would have been nice if these branches worked more collaboratively, but for the price we were ok with it.

There are lots of choices for inserts and stone options. Take your time, go look at stone and insert combinations. We completely changed our mind, once we showed up in the showroom. So glad that we did!
Installation of stonework went very smooth. A little delay on some parts for the insert installation. Once all parts arrived, installation proceeded without any major problems. Finish work is fantastic and met all of our expectations.
Timing was fantastic! The next day our main furnace went out, and the new gas insert worked perfect for hours to provide the heat we needed.
I will call them again when it's time for my next fireplace without hesitation.
