Price quoted was half of what I had previously received. They were over the following day and did another comprehensive assessment to ensure that a new system was in fact required. They forgot to cover he downstairs fireplace and let a lot of debris down the chimney. It was vacuumed but there was still some remnants and a lot of dust. Some of the paint on the hearth was left chipped. I have called and am waiting for a call about the chips.
