"I had an indoor stone fireplace needing some cosmetic work following a wall renovation we did. I contacted this professional via text message. Although he was out of the country, he responded to all my messages very quickly. We wanted the project completed before this professional would be returning, so we went with a different contractor, not found through HomeAdvisor, but someone we were referred to. I still appreciated Mr. Speters getting back to me and being willing to at least look at the project when he returned to Utah."

"They mixed up their appointments and wanted to reschedule 90 minutes before they were originally suppose to be there. They wanted to set up for 5 days later. The home is not our primary residence therefore I had made a special trip of over 175 miles to be there as originally agreed. We would have appreciated being contacted a lot sooner. Did an excellent cleaning job once they did arrive 24 hours later."
