"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

That Friday I woke up to a text saying it wouldn?t be until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. We guarantee and warranty our work. We do not have ridiculous charges (no trip charge, dispatch charge, fuel charge, etc.) We offer senior and military discounts. And when I called he was not showing any concern or care for the fact our refrigerator wasn't working for approx 4-6 weeks. He added additional insulation and it was back to working but it's been 2 months and now it's not keeping the temp again. Of course there is a 30 day labor warranty and he's given notice and they have no one else to do appliance repair. So I would not recommend choosing."

And when I called he was not showing any concern or care for the fact our refrigerator wasn't working for approx 4-6 weeks. He added additional insulation and it was back to working but it's been 2 months and now it's not keeping the temp again. Of course there is a 30 day labor warranty and he's given notice and they have no one else to do appliance repair. So I would not recommend choosing."
