Failed to fix the issue the first time, and was contacted to come fix the issue. Agreed to take time to come that Friday. That Friday I woke up to a text saying it wouldn?t be until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. The manager Tracy got on the phone and got very irate because I complained about having to take a third day off for her company to do what they should have done the first time. I expect a full refund, and a $20 da day storage price for the faulty parts. If how I was treated was any indication of how they work the other reviews are obviously lies.

Steven did a great job and got us all fixed up in no time. He taught me things I needed to know to a void more problems in the future. He's definitely in the business to help people and not just out to make a buck. They charged me a travel fee that was half what the others charge. I can't say enough about how happy I am that we used Urgent Appliance Service .

My bake igniter went out on Thanksgiving morning and we called them. They happened to have one on hand and they came and installed quite quickly! I was able to bake my dinner!
