I reached out to VIP appliance when. I bought a new range and was told the store installers couldnâ t install it for five weeks. I couldnâ t be without a stove for that long, so I called around and found VIP - they were out within two days and not only did a great job installing my new Bosch induction range, they also just happened to send one of the very few people qualified to work on Miele appliances, John fixed my dishwasher as well, saving me a trip fee and a lot of time tracking down a repair person. I would definitely recommend VIP and will work with them again if I have appliance installation or repair needs.
