"Scott from Level Engineering came out to do a inspection on a raised spot on a basement floor in a house I was trying to buy. Thank goodness for Scott because I discovered the house had structural issues and decided to cancel on buying the house. I had a general inspector come out before Scott and he couldnt find issues with the structure and was there for 3.5 hrs. Scott was there for 10-15 minutes and found a major problem. I would totally 100% recommend Scott and Level Engineering to inspect the house youre trying to buy!!"
