Representative was knowledgeable, performed an air quality test, and provided a report as expected. However, we were surprised when we received a bill for $75.00 since no cost was mentioned in the scheduling phone call or by the rep who did the test.

A urine test showed me having high amounts of toxicity due to mold and mildew. Pure Maintenance found the source and used a dry fog to deal with the problem. They were very experienced and professional. I would highly recommended them.

Testing was fine and they were good to work with. Here's the problem. In order to know the extent of mold, you have to know the outdoor natural mold baseline to compare to. This didn't happen, so the test results can't be accurately used to determine if treatment is needed.
