"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

They were incredibly patient with me as I asked questions throughout the process and they took the time to explain all the design tradeoffs. Richard and the installers were friendly and professional. Really nice people. The install was finished several weeks back and the heat is working perfectly. Waiting for warmer weather to test the central AC unit, but based on the heating performance, expectation is it will work perfectly. No more climbing up on the roof to service that swamp cooler. We were quoted a very fair price that was a bit lower than another company with no push to upsell anything and no hidden costs or surprises. Best of all, the install came in under the quoted price. I am very happy with the entire install and highly recommend Burrows."
