The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project.
