Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
MAD roofing was really good. They helped repair the roof where water was leaking into the kitchen. Then also they helped with garbage removal. Priced the best and worth it all.

Intensely unprofessional company. Do not work with them! Not only did they take an inordinate amount of time to get the work done, have zero internal communication, blame shift onto other employees, show up and start pulling apart the roof with no appointment, ETC., but after the hellish nightmare of getting the work done, they decided to charge me a THOUSAND dollars more than we agreed to. They had sent what they claimed was an "updated agreement" that was actually documentation to ADD more money to the agreed upon cost. Sneaky and very dishonest. They treated me with the utmost disrespect when I tried to discuss it with them, and when I finally decided there was no point, that they would continue to merrily treat me like trash no matter what I did, I paid the extra bill just to be done with it. However, joy of all joys, next thing I know, I'm getting threats (calls, texts, emails) that they'll be putting a lean on my house if I don't pay them. All has been paid. Even the charges I never agreed to. More blame-shifting and belittling when I tried to talk to them abut it. Honestly so exhausted and sick of it. I just hope I never hear from them again. RUN AWAY. Find someone else to work with.

We aim to be transparent and supportive, and we regret if we fell short in your case. Regarding the lien, this is a standard procedure for unpaid work to ensure that we can cover the costs incurred. Payment was requested multiple times which not paid for multiple weeks. We are not putting a lien on your home now that the balance was paid. The lien is common practice in all industries when not paid. We in fact did offer a reduced payment option of half the balance to accommodate your situation. We definitely chose the right company! We were pleased with the company from start to finished. Matt and Conrad were very polite and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The roofing team did a fabulous job cleaning up the worksite when they were finished and were very respectful of our home and property. Our roof looks beautiful and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Mad Roofing did a great job. We were swindled by another roofing company and Mad Roofing came in and finished the house, as well as a detached garage in one day. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, knowing what a horrible experience we had just gone thru. They were reasonably priced and payment was not due until the roof was finished, inspected and we were happy with their work. The roof looks great. Conrad and Matt are easy to work with and kept in touch with us every step of the way. I highly recommend MAD Roofing.

Mad Roofing did a complete reroof on my home. They removed my old rain gutters and installed new rain gutters and downspouts. They installed new flashing to cover the door jamb for my garage. They were on time and on schedule. They documented the entire job with before, during and after pictures for the entire project. I would highly recommend Mad Roofing for any job, big or small.
