She even called a tech to ask questions and called me back to answer the questions i had. the tech came earlier than was scheduled which was awesome because life without AC is not one that I like living. Josh was super cool as well. He explained the system to me and checked out our nest as I set that up myself and I wasn't sure if i had done it right. he found the problem super fast and let me know how to fix it. I really wish that there was a higher rating that i could give them. it is a breath of fresh air to have someone like them. I am so use to being taken advantage of on services calls and people up selling to make more money. Josh didn't do any of that. I for sure recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get a system fixed."

I told them on the phone I had two systems and 3500 sq ft and they said it would be all included in the $299, as would be the dryer vent. When the technician did his inspection he gave me a price of $619. I objected vehemently and he called his office a few times and we finally got the price down to $400. After he got halfway done he raised the price to $500, which we refused. The home office apparently didn't tell the tech before he came what they had quoted. He finished the work for $400 and cleaned up. sufficiently and left."
