I hired Bill to build my forever home and he would constantly give me updates on how things were going and rough timelines. Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. "I hired Bryant Construction to do a complete basement finish on our new home. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the quality is so good that it makes me wish they built the entire house. We absolutely love the space and are down there frequently. Another great benefit we received while working with Bryant Constructions is the partnership with them to ensure the best possible outcome. During the initial rough out work they noticed the plumbing in the basement wasn't done correctly. The slope for the toilet was too shallow which would cause enormous problems in the future. Most companies would have just overlooked this and moved on. Not only did Bryant call this issue out, but he was pivotal in the resolution. Providing great feedback and guidance, but also working directly with the home builder's plumber to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixed correctly by that particular plumber nor was the issue caught by the inspector for a second time after the 'fix' was completed. Knowing this would be a problem down the road, and not wanting to allow this issue to persist, one of Bryant's folks (Jeff) came up with a solution. They discussed it with us and then instituted it with our approval. It was so great that Bryant and his team had our back. Lastly, Bryant and his team are exceptional to work with. Not only are they professional and do fantastic work, but they are all great people and we felt like they always had our best interests in mind. I'd like to specifically call out Jeff in particular. I got to know him a bit while he was working in the basement. What a great person! And then there's Bryant himself. Thank you for making this huge project so easy and for always looking out for us."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
