She even called a tech to ask questions and called me back to answer the questions i had. the tech came earlier than was scheduled which was awesome because life without AC is not one that I like living. Josh was super cool as well. He explained the system to me and checked out our nest as I set that up myself and I wasn't sure if i had done it right. he found the problem super fast and let me know how to fix it. I really wish that there was a higher rating that i could give them. it is a breath of fresh air to have someone like them. I am so use to being taken advantage of on services calls and people up selling to make more money. Josh didn't do any of that. I for sure recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get a system fixed."

It seemed that the crew was constantly on their cell phones. The job was supposed to take one day, but it took two. Also, they broke our emergency shut off valve. However, their service since then has been good. We haven’t had any negative issues since that time."

One more week later and no contact about the status of my installation. Customer contact about what is happening with my order has been extremely poor! I guess I will have to call them - AGAIN!"
