She even called a tech to ask questions and called me back to answer the questions i had. the tech came earlier than was scheduled which was awesome because life without AC is not one that I like living. Josh was super cool as well. He explained the system to me and checked out our nest as I set that up myself and I wasn't sure if i had done it right. he found the problem super fast and let me know how to fix it. I really wish that there was a higher rating that i could give them. it is a breath of fresh air to have someone like them. I am so use to being taken advantage of on services calls and people up selling to make more money. Josh didn't do any of that. I for sure recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get a system fixed."

One more week later and no contact about the status of my installation. Customer contact about what is happening with my order has been extremely poor! I guess I will have to call them - AGAIN!"
