"From the 1st phone call to finishing the installation, I would give them your highest rating.  I spoke to the owner by phone.  He answered all of my questions in plain english and didn't try to sell me anything.  He scheduled an installer and confirmed a service time.  The installer (Allen) called to confirm the appointment and arrived when expected.  He did an estimate, explained each line item and answered all of my questions.  He spent approx 4 hours removing the old water heater, building an earthquake brace, installing an expansion tank, new controls, valves, water heater and testing the system to make sure it all worked and that there were no leaks.  He cleaned up the work area, then explained the entire system and what I should do if there were any issues in the future.  He left his card and cell number to call personally if I had a question/problem with anything.
