My septic tank had backed up into the basement. He came out on a Saturday afternoon about 5 pm and emptied the septic tank. Because there was a blockage it took him about 4 hours to clear it and empty the tank. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant even though it was very cold outside. I was very satisfied with the work and I had expected to pay much more since it was late on a saturday. and an emergency call.
