After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. "Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"We called Michael on a Thursday because of a puddle we noticed around our water heater.  Over the phone he gave us a few things to watch for ourselves to make sure that it was a leak and not something else, and told us to call back after we did what he told us.  After determining that we did, in fact, have a leak, we called Michael and he promptly scheduled an appointment to come evaluate the situation and what we needed to have done.  He was very honest about how much it would cost, about his skill set, and his licensing.  On the way out the door I asked him to check our faucet in a bathroom because the water wasn't getting hot.  He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it free of charge.    
The next day (Sunday) he called to say that he could replace our water heater that day although the weather was forecast to be atrocious.  He showed up promptly and got to work.  The whole job was done in about three hours, and he did some extra work that he found and DID NOT CHARGE for it.  HE was courteous, professional and excellent.  We will definitely use him again.
