"Everything went great. The owner, Jim, came out the same day we called and gave us the bid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us ask any question no matter how simple it may have been. His bid was right in line with others we received, but ultimately we felt that the quality and service we would receive from Accent was better.
Dee was our installer and he did a great job. He was quick but very thorough. Even though we had 14 windows to replace he nearly finished in one day. He even made the extra effort to come back the next day for 1 hour to finish the last bits because he wanted to do a good job and there wasn't enough light on the first day to finish. He even let our 4 year old son follow him around the house which may have been annoying for some people, but he was very kind about it.
Overall, we absolutely love our windows. Our home is quieter and more comfortable and we can actually SEE out of our windows. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Accent Windows.

"5 Star Kitchen and Bath really lives up to their name. We had our old shower replaced with a beautiful new one. The process was easy, fast, friendly and affordable. We met Walter and Jonathan at the Home Show. Chanler and Carson came to our home, tore out the old shower and replaced it with a bigger better and more comfortable one. Both Chanler and Carson were friendly, fast, on time, professional and very clean. Donny, the project manager, came out during the project to make sure everything was going as planned and to make sure we were happy. We are definitely very happy. "Hired them again! First the floor upstairs and they did so good we hired them for the flooring in our kitchen. Now we hired them to replace our countertops with Quartzite. It looks amazing! They had to remove our old countertop and they were able to do it without hurting the tile backsplash even though it was on multiple sides of the counter. I can't say what a relief that was. Our home is a totally different place. It was so scary to make so many changes but they put a team together to help. Our Team: Paul (sales) was so fast to find us exactly what we wanted. Tara (Project Manager) coordinating a lot go make it happen! Sam / Salvador (installers) genius as I said and flawless work! Would hire these guys easily on our next project."
