"Work was performed quickly at a great price. There was a mistake somewhere with the order where the windows sent by Milguard didn't contain argon as we had ordered. Homestar was great to work with to get this problem corrected free of charge. This was almost 4 years ago and we have loved our windows. "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Dan was great to work with. He gave me lots of options without being aggressive about selling a certain style. He was always on time and if he happened to be running late he was great about calling to let me know. He also gave me great advice on matching my cabinet colors with other colors in my basement. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he had the cabinets installed. Getting the initial bid from Dan took longer than I expected, but that might have been a miscommunication on my part. As soon as I let him know that we were ready to move forward and that I'd like to get the cabinets done as quickly as possible, he was very responsive about getting me all the information and placing my order. I checked with a few other cabinet makers and Dan's estimate was competitive if not better than all the other estimates I received. He was also great about returning to make repairs from damage caused by other contractors and making adjustments. He was at my house either the day I called him or the day after to make the repair. We have been really happy with our cabinets and it was a great experience working with Dan. I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him."
