They are rude, they don't care about customers. They just care about money and that's all. Don't pay a dime go elsewhere.

"[]We are truly sorry that you feel that way. We have done everything we can to help you with the dog door we installed for you back in April 2020. Also, back in September of 2021 when you sent in a claim to the manufacturer, which didn’t meet their warranty. However, to take care of you as our customer. We covered the cost of a new flap. Where we reiterated what the manufacturer’s warranty did cover. On Thursday at 11:14am we received an email from you stating that the wind tore off your door. We responded right back and asked for a picture to send to the manufacturer. When you sent it over stating, "Replaced it or be sued" by 11:45am. Then stated possibly it was coyotes that destroyed it. You continued to bully our staff with constant threats and sent over 30 emails in 3 hours, harassing our staff. Meanwhile, during that time our staff stayed polite and professional and gave you information to help you. We had worked with the manufacturer to come out and install a new door and waive the installation fee. After multiple call attempts on our part to resolve this issue in a professional manner, you refused to answer and kept sending harassing emails . I am sorry you feel that staying calm and not rising to the same level of threatening behavior is rude and uncaring. We have tried to help you with a positive outcome, however, we can not pay for another door again out of our pockets, just because you are threatening us and the manufacturer. Our staff here at Accent Windows prides ourselves on going above and beyond, even when it’s not necessary I think that we have displayed that here with this issue. There comes to a point when the demands of the customer are more than any company is able to accomplish. We are always open to a resolution within reason in 20+ years of business we have always strived to create a positive customer experience and will continue to do so."

very well, the window is back where it needs to be, secured and sealed. I took a chance calling because they got a good grade on the list, and they were the closest. in a matter of about two hours, my window is repaired, no muss no fuss. call them-they were great

It's complicated, it also included stucco repair. They removed the window, replaced with a new window and repaired the stucco. They were fine. An A across the board we didn't have any problems with them.

They were just wonderful. Jim Hall was our salesman. He was very professional and personable. There was no pressure, just answers. I wish I remembered our installers name, oh he was so good. I have and will highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Everything went great. The owner, Jim, came out the same day we called and gave us the bid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us ask any question no matter how simple it may have been. His bid was right in line with others we received, but ultimately we felt that the quality and service we would receive from Accent was better.
Dee was our installer and he did a great job. He was quick but very thorough. Even though we had 14 windows to replace he nearly finished in one day. He even made the extra effort to come back the next day for 1 hour to finish the last bits because he wanted to do a good job and there wasn't enough light on the first day to finish. He even let our 4 year old son follow him around the house which may have been annoying for some people, but he was very kind about it.
Overall, we absolutely love our windows. Our home is quieter and more comfortable and we can actually SEE out of our windows. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Accent Windows.

Jim Hall, owner, arrived promptly when he said he would with the bid for my home. He bid out several options for windows, from standard replacement to an upgraded frame and glass window. He listened to my questions and gave me the answers I needed for my decision. He was a little higher than other bids I received but the quality and style of the frames and windows made me go with his bid, cheapest is not always the best. I upgraded to triple low e film, double pane argon filled glass and double hung windows. My only complaint would be that the factory took longer than expected to manufacture the windows and Accent Windows was not very good at updating me on the status of my order. Mr. Hall did apologize for this over-site. Spring and fall are their busiest season and they had a lot of orders. When they did arrive Mr. Hall personally came and installed the windows so I wouldn't have to wait longer to have them installed, since his crews were already busy on other jobs. He installed the windows quickly, insulated and trimmed them out, cleaned up and hauled away all the scraps and trash and left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. As I stated, cheaper is not always the best, and I feel that I received a high quality window that looks great. We already notice a big difference in the noise level and heat transference level in the house.

Accent Windows came to my house approximately 2 1/2 weeks prior to replacing the window to take measurements and provide an estimate. They came to our house when they said they would be there and provided a reasonably priced estimate to do the work. They called the day prior to installing the new glass and spring and set up an appointment with us. They showed up on time to do the work and the cost came in at their quoted price. These guys were great to deal with and I'd definitely use them again for all my window/glass needs. I called a number of other window contractors and most of them wouldn't even call me back.

I met Jim Hall at a home show in Davis County and asked him to give me a bid on the front window that needed to be replaced. He gave me a good price and he said the window would be replaced in three weeks. Three weeks and two days later the window was installed. The installer, Woody Noble, arrived at the exact time he said he would, and the window was installed beautifully. I am very pleased with the window and with Woody's professionalism. I also appreciated the fact that they completely cleaned up after finishing the project. I am happy with the product and the work and will call them again should I need windows replaced.

When I had issues with any of the work, I would call John Peterson, the owner, and he would take care of the issue for me. I would rate the owner very well across the board. He had some workers that I had issues with, but he took care of them for me.

All the work (10 windows) was done in one day with full cleanup and very courteous service. Since then we have been very pleased with the looks, insulation, and quiet provided by the new windows. We couldn't be happier.

Wish we had discovered Accent Windows sooner. This was the best experience we have ever had in any of our remodel projects. They were prompt in providing the estimate and delivered on time and budget. In fact, the installer canceled plans to leave for his Memorial Day weekend so that Accent could fulfill its commitment to complete the job before we left on vacation. Then, when we failed to provide all of the information needed for our Questar rebate, they offered to fax it directly, saving us the time and effort.
We're not even going to bother calling anyone else on the next project. Accent gets our business hands down.

original contact was informative and time taken to explain how replacement windows were energy saving and how they matched existing windows. Installer made sure I knew how to apply for rebates and made me feel comfortable to call the company if I had any questions or problems
