My builder was on the premises when they arrived and said they certainly looked like they knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with the results and have booked them to come twice a month.  I had lots of dog hair  in and on all surfaces and it was all cleaned up.

They have been excellent. They clean it before we rent it out. They are really nice and I will continue to use them.

My opinions and recollections follow, it's been a few months since the service was performed.

Response to calls and correspondence to arrange for services was timely and attentive.  A couple days before the appointment, I emailed a detailed list of the work I needed performed indicating some tasks would require a ladder and muscle. In phone conversations I indicated that a ceiling fan needed to be cleaned and the refrigerator needed to be moved to clean behind/underneath it.

I was out doing errands prior to the scheduled time and received a phone call asking if it was ok if the crew arrived at noon. That was fine since I expected to arrive home just before noon.  At 11:30 my husband, who luckily (and unusually) was home called to say they'd arrived and what should they do?  Apparently there was a communication breakdown between the office and the workers on the road as to timing.

When the ladies arrived, they had the list but didn't have the means to clean the fan.  The refrigerator wasn't moved until I brought it to their attention and I helped move it.  When the lead lady indicated they were done, at my initiative, she and I reviewed the list together only to discover several items that hadn't been done. To their credit, they stayed until they finished those incompleted tasks. Streaks were left on the hardwood floors, I recleaned them. Otherwise, the quality of cleaning was good.  The ladies were pleasant and worked the entire time they were here (i.e., hats off to them for refraining from phone calls, texting, etc.).

When initially contacting the company to inquire about their services, we were provided a thorough, professional overview of the company.  At that time, the owner recommended an onsite visit to review our home and cleaning requirements.  To our surprise and delight, we received a visit from the two owners.  We were very impressed by their knowledge of the business, their professionalism and the cleaning services they offer.  The decision to move forward with this company was an easy one.  They were able to accommodate our need to have an initial cleaning completed in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
The cleaning team of two arrived at our home on time.  They were courteous, professional and hard-working.  They did an exceptional job!  We are very pleased with this company and will continue to work with them for our ongoing home cleaning needs.

I didn't like their service. They did not stick to their time frame that they had quoted on having people come in to the house.

I needed my new house cleaned after construction. The contractor had it cleaned but it was still dusty. These two ladies were very thorough and efficient. I want to have them come back after I finish unpacking!

The girls that came did a great job. My only concern is that I may not get the same cleaning people each time. I really don't want to retrain people every two weeks.

Everything was cleaned well including the stove!  The girls who did the cleaning were very professional and went over everything with me to ensure that I was happy with their work as this was the first cleaning.  I have contracted their services on a bi-monthly schedule.

They had a professional on their staff come and review with me the housekeeping services that I wanted done. The time and date was set. The professional staff arrived on time and worked as a team to complete the cleaning in a timely fashion.

The price depends on how large the home is and how much needs to be done.  They do a good overall cleaning.  If I ask for anything specific, they do those as well.  When they arrive they also ask if anything needs specific attention.  Their price is pretty comparable.  Their responsiveness depends on the situation I guess.  They are usually at my home within a time frame.  So they give me a window which might be an hour or an hour and a half, during which they would be there.  They’re very professional.  They are my regular cleaning service and I will use them again in the future.
