When he determined that my floor had problems that would cause the grout to crack again, he stopped the job. He contacted me and let me know the situation and that there would be no charge for the work he had completed. When I got home, everything was clean and looked much better than I had left it. Randy and Jordan explained the problem with my floor and gave me suggestions on what I might do to correct it. They also seem to have adequate staff, and the store is busy, so it's nice to be able to get help.
