Grout Doctor East

Joe did a great job of both estimating and doing my project. He showed up on time for both and explained how everything would work. We have a lot of tile floor and now it all looks great.

I hired Grout Doctor East to repair grout, clean and seal 800 sq ft of floor tile. Jordan spent more than two hours removing and replacing grout, and testing sealer. When he determined that my floor had problems that would cause the grout to crack again, he stopped the job. He contacted me and let me know the situation and that there would be no charge for the work he had completed. When I got home, everything was clean and looked much better than I had left it. Randy and Jordan explained the problem with my floor and gave me suggestions on what I might do to correct it. I am very impressed with the integrity and work ethic both Randy and Jordan delivered to me. I would highly recommend Grout Doctor East and would definitely hire them again.

Did a fantastic job. The tile in the kitchen is about 30 years old. He cleaned the grout, reset loose tiles, replaced several broken tile and re-grouted the entire floor. The floor is as good as it was originally. Could not be happier with the contractor and the quality of work. Five Stars all around.

I have had other grout repair over the years, but this was by far the best! Plus he gave me an excellent tip on keeping the shower looking great which has really helped!

I've never had this done before, but it does seem that price per tile is high when you have a high volume of tiles. Perhaps the price could be lowered per tile once so many (e.g., 12 in a tile pack) is reached. Also, if there is a mistake made (unavoidable breaks), the tile price shouldn't be as high. The technician was polite, informative, fast, and careful -- A+.
