"I rarely write reviews but we had such a bad experience when we asked jetservice to relocate our belongings from colorado to utah. As soon as we paid the deposit we started to get the run around and delays every steps of the way. Finally when they delivered our things after 3 missed apts things were missing, broken or simply had been left behind without asking us. Despite all this I had to call the police on the owner banging on my door demanding payment for a botched move that was never completed since they left things behind. Beware of this company, I found out too late but they're not even registered as a moving company!! Just want to save anyone I can from the trauma we suffered."

We are a locally owned and operated plumbing company located in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Utah. Our general area of service covers any area between Tooele and Park City; from Bountiful to Draper. We operate with the highest standards of integrity. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Our plumbers are qualified and experienced. "Full renovation. Want to upsize water/gas & replace my failed stop-and-waste. Called PP and asked to schedule an estimate. Lady asked about project. Explained the gist and she said she couldn't provide an estimate for that over the phone, but told me their hourly rate is $165 and that is per worker so double that if two were on job, etc. Pricey, but not unexpected for skilled labor. Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly. Explained in detail what I wanted, asked if it was feasible, etc. He said they could do the water part, but since the gas line is owned by Dominion Energy up to and including the meter, I'd have to talk to them about if the gas line and/or meter needed replacing. Called DE and got on the waiting list for a "pre-eval", and as Rodney recommended I sent an email to PP with all the details of the project and a sketch for clarity. While waiting for DE to get back to me I got an invoice for $165 in the mail from PP. I called PP and asked why"

Services done by experienced and licensed professionals that have worked on all types of plumbing, you wont get someone who has installed pex for 6 years and call themselves a journeyman, our guys work on homes in the avenues that have old cast iron, polypropeline lines (cancer causing that's been outlawed) and do the job right. We guarantee and warranty our work. We do not have ridiculous charges (no trip charge, dispatch charge, fuel charge, etc.) We offer senior and military discounts. We DO NOT have high advertising budgets, those full page ads cos $10,000 a month in the phone book, we don't feel its fair to charge a customer for that so our prices are quite a bit less! All employees carry their professional licenses, if you ever hire anyone, make sure they have that, if you hire a plumber make sure you get one.
