"Worked with Jack to get carpet installed in our basement. The installers came and it ended up being the wrong color! I immediately went to Utah Flooring and Design to fix this. After I spoke with Jack, he understood the honest mistake and I could feel that he cared and wanted make this correct. I really appreciate the customer service and going above and beyond to get it replaced free of charge! Definitely will be working with them in the future, thank you Jack!"
